Monique Mader founded and runs Keys to Music STUDIO.
At age 13 Monique made her debut as soloist with the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra. The winner of numerous scholarships and competitions, she obtained her Licentiate from the Royal Schools of Music, London. After successfully completing her first University degree, she obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education.
Monique had the privilege of studying under the legendary concert pianist John Antoniadis, a student of the renowned Claudio Arrau.
It is her delight to share her love for Music, and for the Piano in particular, with her Student Family.
Whether you wish to prepare for a formal exam, a competition or a concert, or simply to learn for enjoyment, we will structure a programme to meet your goals and aspirations.
Exams, Eisteddfods, Music Festivals and Performance Opportunities
Students who wish to follow the syllabus and graded exams of the internationally recognised Royal Schools of Music London or Trinity College London, are expertly prepared to this end. Results have consistently been of the highest standard.
Our Students regularly perform at regional and national Eisteddfods, at the Johannesburg Music Festival and at formal and informal concerts and soirees.
Music for Recreation, Relaxation and Therapy
Many Students choose to learn to play simply for their own enjoyment. They have experienced the joy and the therapeutic value of reconnecting with their soul, a gift bestowed by Music to all her devotees.
